Caramelised pecan nuts

The pecan tree, an endemic tree from the United States, can grow up to 20 to 25 meters in height. The oblong cylindrical fruit contains two kernels, similar to the ones found in a walnut, but smoother. The taste resembles to the walnut but without astringency.

We caramelise the pecan nut and offer other coatings such as sugar, maple syrup or sugar-salt. These additions give the pecan a particularly delicious and crispy taste.
