    Cocoa nibs come from cocoa beans, themselves present in the pods which are the fruit of the cacao tree. The beans were roasted and crushed. Cocoa is the key ingredient for chocolate making.

    We caramelise Cocoa Nibs. The caramel coating reduces bitterness and gives the cocoa nibs a unique crunchy taste.
